Firstly a small thank you and apologies to everyone who played my game Dine-in dungeon here on Newgrounds!

the apologies is for the fact that the NG version is broken and i only noticed it after it got featured here. unfortunately i can't fix the web version so i will accept all the shame for that mistake.

That being said, I cannot express the happiness I feel for all the plays, comments, criticisms, and praise for the game i got here. statistics from itch show that most people who played the game came from Newgrounds and all the comments on the game page gave me a lot to think about! i've done made a bunch of small games in my small gamedev journey and this is the first time i've been overwhelmed with the amount of attention Dine in Dungeon got! I'm quite timid so i don't reply much to comments here, but just know i read every single one of them!

Dine in dungeon was made for the official 2025 RPG maker Game jam! in which it won 1st place! It was a pretty big jam with lots of amazing entries. so I want to take pride in this accomplishment. but as a gamedev, i am really more happy that many people played my game moreso than the achievement! overall i think i'm motivated now more than ever to make more games!

anyways aside from that, i made a little post mortem writeup if anyone is interest on how i went on making the game!

that's it for now, I promise not to repeat the same mistake if i ever post another game here! i've learned my lesson... i think
